Mô tả Công việc

1: Job Purpose

To deliver the best customer service experience, service quality and operational efficiency.

2: Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and generating invoices of both new issuance and periodic premium collection transactions for individual & corporate clients on daily basis
  • Balancing collected premium between the company’s bank statement and records in the company’s management system.
  • Manually allocating premium/adjusting premium allocation.
  • Monitoring due and overdue premium.
  • Sending premium notice/reminder (letter, email, SMS…)
  • Making collection reports and invoice management reports
  • Participate in drafting processes, guidelines, correspondence and building premium reports.
  • Participate in jobs related to system enhancement for E-invoice management and reporting to Tax agencies.
  • Support CS&PA Deputy Manager in reviewing regularly the control procedure, make recommendation to change when necessary and update user manual & guidelines.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1: Qualification and Experience

  • Qualification: Attentiveness to details and self-motivated. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of life insurance is preferred
  • Experience: At least 5 years relevant working experience (in Accounting, Invoice management or policy administration in life insurance
  • Certification: University degree in economics, finance or equivalent. Basic English. LOMA certificate is preferred.
