Mô tả Công việc


  • Develops delivery goals, strategies, tactics, project plans, timelines, and key performance metrics to increase sales in both digital & traditional channels and meet the business KPIs.
  • Manages delivery of campaigns in partnership with business and IT partners.
  • Builds deep understanding of the functional areas (e.g., Operations, Marketing) that the business partners are aligned with.
  • Manage the hand-over of campaign to business partners once campaign stabilize.


Implement campaigns related to Commercial Strategy, including:

  • Clearly define the commercial campaign, in terms of budget, cost, volume, efficiency targets, related stakeholders, and timeline
  • Propose campaigns/ project plans to approval levels
  • Manage the implementation of commercial campaigns, from designing the campaign based on insights, manage the pilot and scale up phase till it is successful to become a part of the business
  • For successful campaigns, manage the hand-over process to BAU
  • Evaluate performance to enhance them, even for campaigns belong to BAU’ scope

Monitor the performance of campaign

  • Ensure the regular performance review are carried out to enhance the efficiency of the campaigns/ projects
  • Develop hypothesis for insights team of why the campaign is going well/ not well

Initiate initiatives to increase efficiencies of Sales

Maintain high quality across all of the campaign

  • Communicates goals, timelines, and key metrics to all major stakeholders (internal and external) in order to achieve the business objectives.
  • Track & improve the campaign performance once it has been transferred to BU

Ad-hoc support tasks/projects

  • Responsible for project management assigned projects, includings: Approve and propose project plans to approval level, Manage project teams, Resolving & escalating to authorities level about issues, Evaluate and tracking to enhance control of the projects
  • Create and organize project working groups, report about status of the projects on related Committees

Resolving & escalating to authorities level departmental issues in assigned functions.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Min 3-4 years of working experience in finance (banking, insurance, investment, etc.)
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management/participation in projects
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in fields related to analytics, business development, and sales strategy
  • At least 1 year of experience in the manager level
  • Language requirements – Vietnamese – native, English – fluent
  • Computer Skills: skills Power point & excel
  • Good communication and presentation skill
  • Problem solving and negotiable skill
  • Ability to work under high pressure
  • Leadership skills/Team management
