With a one million + card portfolio growing by another 1 M in 2019, credit cards business now has a host of new products – for example PLUS card, Gold PLUS card, new payment schemes like VISA, JCB etc, host of new features such as Selfie Plus, Everyday Rewards PLUS and ongoing cardholder promotions through platforms like Easy Pay, and Easy Life. This key role within the CCBC is responsible for conceptualizing a campaign in conjunction with the designer and create compelling copy for various mediums
This role within the CCBC Department is responsible for writing clear and concise copy for EDM’s, Website, Microsites, Direct Mailers, Statement Messages, Creative but response yielding SMS etc. The words the copywriter choses will not only inform, but also engage and aid in selling Portfolio products to our cardholders.
Ideal candidate is a team-spirited, skilled and imaginative writer with an eye for detail. Grasping the project requirements quickly and offer valuable insight is key requirement for this role. The incumbent will take various steps to ensure ongoing customer engagement, regular communication of relevant card usage offers and execute various offline and online campaigns aimed at increasing features awareness as well as to improve top of mind recall. Work closely with the Head of Credit Card customer relationship and execute assigned tasks with utmost rigor.
Internal: BUs/ Internal Departments within -Marketing Center, Product Managers etc - To liaise with all internal stakeholders to execute various customer communication campaigns for FE credit card customers to enhance cardholder experience, and engagement
External: External partners /merchants - Work and maintain positive relationship with partners for effective engagement with FE Credit cardholders
