Mô tả Công việc

The role holder is responsible for supporting the Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) in development and execution of the construction agenda/plans, managing and implementing the Company’s construction projects to ensure the schedule, budget and quality according to the Company’s current regulations.

Professional responsibilities:

1. Play a leading role in the development, orientation and management of the construction projects that aligned with the company vision and long-term strategy;

2. Assist CBDO in all activities relating to management works for the nationwide projects of the Company;

3. Assist in the annual budget and forecasting process for the Company’s projects;

4. Set deadline and align responsibilities for Regional PMs, monitor the progress of project weekly;

5. Prepare the implementation plan and oversee the execution of all projects of Project Department;

6. Coordinate all relevant works and maintain proper coordination among different internal teams (Project Development, Project Construction, Project Maintenance) to ensure the achievement of departmental targets;

7. Provide the initiatives and timely solutions to improve the working performance and quality of projects;

8. Advise as necessary throughout the project and assist to ensure works are completed in time, in high quality and within budget;

9. Assist in bid evaluation and reviewing contracts for bidders/ contractors;

10. Manage performance of builders, consultants, equipment vendors including technical specifications, prices, timeline, warranty/ aftersales services; ensure that all consultants and builders provide the full services, scope of works under the contract;

11. Control, manage and provide the instructions such as scopes of works, budget, quantity, quality, progress, schedule, hygiene and safety which are approved; Consult and propose timely solutions to improve the working schedule;

12. Prepare and submit reports relating to construction progress, schedules, budget for the Company’s projects as requested;

13. Preside various coordination meetings and progress meetings between Regional Project Managers, Project Development Team and Project Maintenance Team;

14. Check and confirm payment documents (and attached documents) of the projects.

Management and Organization Responsibilities:

15. Manage the works of Project Development Team, Project Construction Team, Project Maintenance Team;

16. Manage relevant documents which are stored on company’s server;

17. Attend professional workshops; build up networks; participate in professional associations;

18. Motivate, encourage and training employees in works;

19. Discuss and receive KPIs from line manager, build KPIs for the division, assign KPIs to subordinates, guide / support the implementation, and evaluate KPIs results periodically;

20. Develop organizational chart, compile/ complete the job description for each of position in the department and review annually or when there’s changes in organizational structure;

21. Develop the team, assign and manage the work performance of employees; evaluate and improve team capacity meet the Company’s requirements;

22. Other tasks as required from line manager;

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education: Bachelor degree or higher

Professional major: Engineering, Construction or relevant major

2nd language ability: Fluent in English (speaking, writing)

Computer usage ability: MS. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Project, AutoCAD Volo View or equivalent

Related experiences:

-  At least 7 years of experience in construction management, engineering, architecture or project management

- Preferred experience in building/ developing convenience store, petroleum or quick service restaurant industry

Essential Capabilities:

-  Good knowledge in project management especially on design, planning, coordination, implementation, scheduling and budget;

-  Ability to manage project from conceptual design to completion and handing over;

-  Strong contract management ability;

-  Effective skills on working and managing builders, vendors;

- Good leadership and effective communicate skill with people at all levels.
