Mô tả Công việc

1. Manage CS team :

- Planning, improving Customer Service

- Make sure to make / send the correct documents / data (shipping documents, payment requests, etc.) promptly

- Create cooperation with Sales, OPS, WH and other offices and branches to handle goods smoothly

- Ensuring the completion of daily activities of CS Team by guiding / supporting staff and monitoring the operation progress

- Ensuring resolving issues / complaints from customers - Ensuring creating, storing and updating SOP and making CS employees obey it

2. Control activities:

-Budgeting of CS Team

- Reduce operating costs by analyzing CS Team workloads and arranging human resources (staff) in the most efficient way

- Support and cooperate with the Finance Department in collecting credits to recover debts from customers

3. Ensure compliance:

- Self-monitor company policies and guide employees to comply.

- Improve the organization of CS Team

4. Development of staff:

- Planning training and educating employees equipped with skills & knowledge to carry out daily activities and solving irregularities and implementation

-Maximize employees 'skills and potential through incentives, empowerment and a motivational environment. Control employees' work hours and workloads

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Experienced in forwarding and delivery, having at least 3-5 year working experience in the same position is preferred

- Sense of responsibility, team work ,motivated and ambitious

- Communicate well in English

- Control the budget skill
