Mô tả Công việc

Job Descriptions:

This position is responsible for providing effective customer service for customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department. Duties include:

- Process orders from client;

- Collect and analyze information from provided sources;

- Prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction;

- Communicate effectively with team members in order to achieve the task’s objective;

- Other task will be assigned by Team leader and Board of Director.

Working location: 12 Ton Dan, Ward 13, District 4, HCMC

Working hours: from 7AM - 4PM Monday to Friday. Only serious candidates that are able to work during this shift are welcome to submit application.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc


-          University degree of Chinese Study, Linguistics, Interpretation major or related major to the job

-          At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Agency Admin / Support, Interpretation or Translation field

-          Advanced MS Word, MS Excel and MS Access skills are a plus

-          Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks

-          Proficient in English and Chinese (from TOCFL level B) both in speaking and writing

-          A willingness to learn continuously and to adapt to new conditions.


-          Excellent interpersonal skills; positive attitude and focus on customer service

-          Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

-          Ability to prioritize tasks while working with minimal daily supervision

-          Experience in performing data analysis and performance tracking
