Assist Sales team to take customer’s demand and generate orders

Keep frequent contact with customers to know their order trend
Key order into SAP system and manage order until goods is delivered via web portal and email.
Coordinate with customer and internal departments to push delivery and meet personal/team delivery target monthly.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, working out the best solution to the problem; conducting corrective actions, following up to ensure completed resolution.
Assist Accounting team to push payment collection.
