Mô tả Công việc

Your role:

As the Customer Service Executive, you are a part of Sale & Marketing Department, reporting directly to Customer Service Manager. Your role is to deliver the best service to all customers, proving O-I BJC Vietnam’s products as preferred choice and best value packaging supplier.

Key accountabilities:

Customer Service Management

- Arrange delivery schedule with customers to ensure the timing and quantity, meeting the customers’ requirements;

- Liaise with other departments (Supply Chain, Finance, Production and Quality) for any issues relating to customers’ delivery;

- Answering all customers’ enquiries relating to deliveries, stock levels, sample request, purchase and return order;

- Provide supporting document for the finance department in the recovery of debts;

- Process all customers’ PO/Contract into the Exact System;

Report Management

- Maintain updated customer profiles to reflect current business processes and keep the salesperson informed of any anomalies.

- Be responsible for Daily/Monthly/Yearly sales report to ensure the accuracy and up to date.

Sales Support

- Support Key Account Manager and Category Sales Manager in building the partnership with customers and participate in any Sales projects at request

Others

Other tasks decided by the Customer Service Manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

·         Strong Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of character;

·         Proven experience in customer support (in manufacturing company is an advantage)

·         Knowledge and hand on experience in import/ export processes is a plus;

·         Good command of English (writing and verbal);

·         Communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build positive relationships with customer and cross – functions;

·         Organizational skills, attention to details and patience;

·         Proficiency in Excel, Word, numeracy skills, etc.
