Mô tả Công việc

- Report to Vietnamese Operation General Manager
- Manage Technical Support & Customer Service Sections with 6 Staffs (including Technical Staffs & Call Center Staffs for replacement cartridge sales)
- Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage Technical Support team in regard to:

a. Training on product knowledge & installation for technician, for outsourced services
b. Product trouble shooting & warranty
c. Water issues & test
d. Technical sales support (mainly support B2C)

  • Prepare monthly report to GM & BOM on product installation, technical sales result, warranty & defective product, filtered water certification control
  • Lead Call Center Staffs to cooperate with Sales Dept. in managing end-user information and following up on cartridge replacement calls
  • Attend weekly meeting with Marketing team for replacement cartridge purpose
  • Develop and manage CRM function
  • Manage Technical Support & Customer Service teams by motivating and supporting the team members with respect and achieve the daily & monthly target on replacement cartridge sales result
  • Maintain good win/win relationships with the business partners and manage them.
  • Other assignments given by Operation General Manager."


- Working Time: 8:00-17:00 (Monday - Friday & Saturday morning)

- Monthly Salary: 1,700–3,400USD

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Essential Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor degree
  • Language skills: English Business level
  • At least 5 years' proven experience in controlling Service Center or Call Center include spare parts sales, should come from commodity sales business, and after-sales service as either below:

a. Healthcare product sales to end-user
b. Beauty care product sales to end-user
c. Home appliance product sales to end-user

Notes: NOT come from factory, banking, insurance industries

  • Good business mindset
  • Fixated interest in establishing new business from scratch
  • Dedication to create and apply an effective business strategy
  • Conceptional and planning skills with a broad view
  • Communication, negotiation and human skills
  • Effective team and time management skills
  • Smart, quick action but also well-organized
  • Basic knowledge of software

- Preferable Requirements:

  • Have experience in education of call center will be best

- Personalities:

  • Open and honest, customer-oriented, innovative, passionate, inclusive, collaborative and accountable
