- Understanding customer processes in detail and seek for improvement to make customer successful;
- Create marketing content for different types of products/services promotion needs, and be responsible for the final communication and transformation effect;
- Publish and audit marketing literature (brochures, press releases, etc.) to augment the company’s presence in the market;
- Prepare reports for each program/campaign with evaluation of effectiveness;
- Respond quickly and proactively to Merchant and customer’s concerns and provides excellent customer service;
- Ensure resource availability and allocation;
- Prepare statutory notification for marketing activities;
- Perform other duties as directed by the superiors;

- Understanding and/or hands-on experience in traditional and/or digital marketing in retail/e-commerce/fintech;
- Ability to multi-tasks, working on multiple projects/Merchants and change direction quickly;
- At least 3 years working experience in Marketing, Business, Customer Service, or similar experience;
- "Strong affinity for planning, hands-on execution, result-orientation and time management"
- Data-driven, strategic thinking, analytical thinking and win-win mindset
- Passionate about making customers successful;
- Microsoft Office skills (preference to candidates are good at using MS Power Point and Photoshop, or equivalent);
