Data analyst responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design report templates/monitoring dashboard. Data analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. He/she will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements. Responsibility:
To assist with monitoring real time telephone/chat/ email/ In App statistics through IPSCAPE (Call management system)
To Ensure reports are completed within the specified requirements and the agreed SLAs and ensure the requestor understands any limitations.
Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports of the whole project and other assigned reports that Team Manager requires in advance.
To Explore and analyze datasets with tools like Excel
To evaluate changes or tendency of data or statistic and give out/ advice the solution
To recognize and adopt best practice in reporting and analyzing: data integrity, validation, documentation,dashboard
To analyzing and solve the problem at their roots and report the results as in chart
To use statistic to generate clear and effective recommendation for action plan.
Other tasks relating to reports analysis which assigned by Sup/OM/GM
Forecast volume monitoring on a daily/weekly and monthly basis.
Sick Leave, annual leave, public holiday leave management
Other tasks relating to scheduler which assigned by SUP/OM/GM

Having at least 1-year experience in the same position (in Call Center is a plus)
Salesforce, SQL experience is a must
Familiar with Power BI and queries is a great advantage
Having Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Building dashboard for performance monitoring is a big plus
Attention to Detail: make sure to be vigilant in analysis to come to correct conclusions
A good knowledge and understanding of analytical tools, data analysis principles
