CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• Be responsible for strengthening database control, building standard data source, uploading product data
• Be responsible for maintaining the database in system and excel

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• ​Setting up & Updating Markdown/Promotion scheme into AX
• Retrieving & checking daily sales & GP raw data by store
• Verify to ensure other team to provide fully and correctly the product data/hierarchy before uploading into the system
• Uploading product data/hierarchy in the system
• Retrieving product master data
• Retrieving monthly sales & GP raw data by store
• Checking monthly sales & GP raw data by store
• Working with IT team for solving system issue
• Follow up with relevant team to resolve database issue if any
• Strengthening database control, building standard data source, uploading product data
• Maintaining the database in system and excel
• Other tasks as assigned from Line manager
