· Manage all delivery KPI, sales, profit report.
· Support store on delivery process implementation and improvement.
· Analyze delivery figures and provide solutions for delivery service improvement.
· Ensure smooth communication with stores on delivery operation.
· Coordinate with the LSP to meet the required standard operation.
· Propose good ideas to achieve goals and improve work results.
· Cooperate with other related department to get support for delivery operation.
· Support Delivery Manager to coordinate the implementation and steer profitably growing delivery service on country level.
· Conduct CCOD training to delivery team at store ( focused on key HRC stores)

· Professional deliver reporting system & data analysis
· Provide team knowledge on system and training
· High usage of delivery system
· Effective delivery KPI controlling system
· Full implementation of delivery process in store
- Store team: Store General Manager, Sales Force Manager, Delivery Supervisor/Manager, Floor Management Team, Sales Force team, ALC
- Head Office: HR, IT, IM, OM, Controlling, CTGM, Head of SF
- Effective performance of this job requires the person to be really pro-active and persistence to follow through key steps of the operational procedure. Essentially the profile of the job holder should include:
· At least a recognized Bachelor degree in Business or related subjects
· Lead by influence and modeling
· Carefully, love to work with details
· Good communication and presentation skills in English
· Self-motivated, interpersonal skills and result oriented, adaptable to change
· Good PC skills, master of Microsoft office with good sense for figures
· Well-developed customer orientation and ability to see things from the customers point of view
· Well-developed aim and success orientation
· Quick learner about procedures and working instructions
· Must have sufficient customer experience & knowledge in reporting and working big team
· Priority for candidates who have experience in customer delivery services, market development, customer development or major in services such as restaurants, hotels.
· Experiences in a sales and service role
· Pragmatic, flexible and matured
