The employee's responsibilities include, but not limited to the following tasks:
1. Demand Planning
• Summarize and get consensus between Top-down and Bottom-up forecast
• Weekly demand forecast entry by Subsidiary Level
• Sales progress monitoring (Plan versus actual orders taken)
• Weekly meeting preparation
2. Supply Planning
• Check supply plan with supply side
• Check shipping schedule from supplier and issues follow up
3. Inventory Management (Long term/DIO)
4. Channel Sales & Inventory analysis
• University graduate with bachelor degree in SCM, International Trade of related fields
• Experience in Demand Planning is an advantage
• Familiar with EPR or planning system is an advantage
• Good communication skills in both Vietnamese & English
• Able to work under high pressure
• Good computer skills, especially Excel, be able to process a large volume of statistical data
