Position: Department Manager of General Affairs - Retail

1. Supporting

  • Provide necessary tools, supplies and equipment to all other functional departments including but not limited to stationery and grocery, printing, courier services, office furniture, office/store devices and equipment and other utilities
  • Arrange transportation means to all local employees, expatriates and travelers for business purpose
  • Arrange parking lot for employees' vehicles and company's cars
  • Arrange accommodation for travelers
  • Arrange air tickets, visa (if any), insurance and accommodation for all outgoing business/training trips
  • Ensure the safety and hygiene of the office and department store area; supervise the services for store operations which are provided by the vendors such as cleaning and security...
  • Handle insurances for non-labor issues

2. Controlling

  • Implement an efficient procurement process for items in range
  • Propose procedure/process/solutions for cost saving and cost control from time to time
  • Manage and control company assets except for IT equipment
  • Maintain a good filing system for both hard copies and soft copies

3. Quality Assurance issues

  • Ensure that the quality of selling merchandises is following the regulations of related Laws and Regulations in terms of compulsory certificates, quality standards...
  • Set up the procedure to control the Quality Documents of merchandises
  • Prepare the Application of Quality Pass (CR Code, Announcement Certificate of Conformity, etc.) applied for merchandises sold in the department store

4. Corporate Business

  • Support and enhance business contracts with corporate customers for Gift Card, Moon Cake, Hamper and other merchandises

5. External Relations

  • Welcome guests;
  • Deal with local authorities for related compliance issues and maintain a good relationship with them

- Working Time: 8:00-17:00

  • Flexible due to job nature (retail industry)
  • Off 2 days per week (usually weekdays)
  • Work on shift: 8:00-17:00 (morning shift) OR 13:00-22:00 (evening shift)

- Monthly Salary: 1,500–1,800USD

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

<Necessary Skills / Experience>

  • Gender: any
  • Age: from 30
  • Education: Bachelor
  • English: fluent
  • Computing: MS Office tools
  • 5+ years of work experience in General Affairs or Administration in any industry, in which at least 3 years in managerial position
  • In-depth knowledge of related Laws and Regulations

<Preferable Skills / Experience>

  • Experience in MNC environment
  • Communicating and cooperating well with others
  • Good at multi-task management, able to work independently while owning a strong teamwork spirit
  • Personality: hard working, trustworthy, well organized
