ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning, execution and optimization of paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram.
- Management of platform daily budgets, billing reconciliation and spend pacing in adherence to allocations and desired return.
- Development and/or direction of tactical plans for successful segmentation, reach, nurturing and conversion strategies within and across digital channels and platforms
- Development and/or direction of optimal posting content, assets and tracking in accordance with overarching strategy for content inclusive of owned and earned initiatives.
- Reporting on daily/weekly pacing and progress of tactics toward monthly/quarterly/annual target performance metrics.
- Ongoing observation, analysis and provision of insights and implications that fuel tactical recommendations for ongoing performance optimization
- Completion and delivery of tasks and deliverables on time with accuracy, consistency and against project expectations
- Continuous knowledge of up-to-date digital channel-specific trends and best practices, for daily application as well as regular team and agency-wide report outs and thought leadership
- Research and substantiation of digital channel effectiveness in support of strategy development and new business development
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- BA degree or higher in marketing and/or communications from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2-4 years of digital marketing experience in an agency or internal marketing team with hands-on proficiency within aforementioned digital platforms
- Proven experience managing cross-channel campaigns for multiple clients simultaneously
- Strong ability to execute ideas through copy/post writing and content development
- True passion for marketing, digital channels/platforms and overall problem-solving
- Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint and/or digital marketing-specific certifications
