Mô tả Công việc
JOB PURPOSE
- Card Issuance Management/ Handle Customer Dispute & Chargeback/ Back up for Settlement & Reconciliation
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with VPB Card Management to handle card issuance for ubank customers
- Manually reconcile VPD & Partners daily reports, identify exceptional cases
- Receive tracer request from CSR, investigate root cause, find solution
- Provide solution to CSR
- Manually reconcile Partners settlement files v/s mFino settlement files, identify exceptional cases
- Monitor end to end payment process. Investigate & clear exceptional pending payments
- Escalate, reports negative cases to Operation Head
- Escalate, reports fraud cases to Operation Head, Risk Manager
- Ensuring good control of card issuance for ubank Customer
- Ensuring timely response to CSR with clear answer & best solution
- Ensuring successful settlement & reconciliation for Customers, Partners, Agents

- Understand modern technologies
