Join us as our Digital Marketing Coordinator, your role will be responsible for executing the digital marketing strategies from the clients by managing content for web and campaign emails.
You will provide hands-on problem solving and administrative assistance via multiple platforms, while closely follow the tight deadline for each digital campaign/ projects.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Execute web development, publishing, updating web content and support on a wide range of content management systems.
Create email campaigns on Pardot platform including setup, testing and deployment.
Execute functions on CMS systems to manage implementation of digital campaigns.
Participate in meetings/ seminars with Digital Marketing Specialists from the client’s side, acting as a consultant on email marketing best practices.
Ensure that deadlines are followed.
Oversee the implementation of project/ campaign improvements.
Report line
Report directly to Project Management Team Leader.
Training period
Before fully taking over the position, you will be required to train:
Team structure/ workflow of clients/ internal procedures.
Internal management systems, MKT system.
Other internal workshops and training from time to time to enhance the skills continuously.
Working schedule
