We are looking for a dedicated and motivated to fill the role of a Marketing Specialist. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads through specific Marketing Channels (Online & Offline) and roadshows and walk in related. The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the company's customer base, and working together with the team to produce effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of our corporation.
Roles and Responsibilities
Role of the position:
v Generate leads, boost branding and awareness of brand in general
v Be responsible for establishing a positive image of the College as well as providing customer service to all potential students.
v Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events.
v Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. HOD, F&B and Sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
v Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
v Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
v Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met.
v Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.
v Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs
v Develop marketing strategies for projects, including and managing SHP website and social media channels
v Work closely with the Sales on program development and implementation
v Create and execute lead generation programs
v Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency
v Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
v Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to HOD
ü Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline
ü At least 2-5 years of experience in marketing
ü Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Marketo, Google Analytics, CRM systems
ü Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
ü Strong written and verbal communication skills
ü Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
ü Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
ü Ability to travel as necessary.
ü Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
ü Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs
