1. Community Management (60%)
- Check up to date with “can happen” online crisis, build content strategy to solve risks on social platforms ((Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn, Forums, etc.).
- Liaise & work with agencies, vendors & well-engage with customers/fans on social platforms, ensuring brand safety for corporate and projects on social platforms.
- Ensure all contents we produce are consistent with our brand on social platforms.
2. Digital marketing management (30%)
- Develop digital marketing standards for company to ensure consistent communication and accurately reflect brand values and corporate culture.
- Plan & follow online advertising in accordance with specific objectives and Brand & Project strategies
- Work with internal team and agencies to develop digital strategies effectively, encompassing websites, & digital media with committed KPIs, not limit corporate nor projects.
- Analysis results of online performances, review tactics on continuous basis, and assess effectiveness of campaigns
- Develop, implement & manage digital platform: Website, Fanpage, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Youtube, etc.
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies (social marketing tools, SEO, GA, etc.)
3. Budget management (10%)
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly, annual basis for corporate & projects
- Ensure cost used efficiently to deliver committed KPIs.
- 1 – 2 year experience of social media management, marketing executive or similar role in real estate, finance, banking, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, or related field
- Relevant experience determining a target audience in real estate, finance, or hi-end industry
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach
- Proficient using multi-social tools: CMS, GA, FBM, etc.
- Strong computer skills using MS Office
- Good communication skill, presentation skill
- Highly proficient in spoken & written English
