Mô tả Công việc

Our client is looking for a leader and a builder who will transform and take to the next level the Performance Team. This person will be tasked to maintain and expand the media and data offerings of the Company and to ensure that current media duties are carried out smoothly.

Account Management

  • Develops, manages, and monitors media deliverables for of the assigned accounts
  • Oversees process development and execution management
  • Assures quality control of all media planning and implementation
  • Enforces best practices in the realms of media, data and process
  • Attend to client meetings as needed, interface as needed with executive level and middle management level on client side during meetings and presentations

Performance Media and Data Discipline

  • Implements participation planning process for assigned accounts and holistic media planning across all digital disciplines paid search, display, social, mobile, video, and affiliates.
  • Coordinates efforts across different digital media channels to drive optimized recommendations
  • Continuously evaluate and improve upon all digital media opportunities
  • Leads in building and evolving the Performance media practice, vision, and areas of expertise
  • Ability to plan and consult for clients data-specific solutions – dashboards, DMPs, marketing technology, etc.
  • Lead data consulting efforts for clients as needed.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Embraces and encourages a culture based on team work, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity
  • Motivates, leads, and manages internal teams, working collaboratively to drive programs that meet our clients’ performance and business objectives
  • Drives adoption of stated media and data best practices through example setting, positive reinforcement, and behavioral correction
  • Assists in interviewing, hiring, training, mentoring, developing, and evaluating team members
  • Conducts performance reviews and career path plans for direct reports
  • Provide training in cross media planning to their directs reports and teams

Process Improvement

  • Facilitates the development and documentation of best practices for improving operational efficiencies within the team and the group

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • 7+ years working experience in media and digital fields
  • Confident presenter and public speaker.
  • Excellent command in English both written and spoken.
  • Advanced certifications on media platforms or data analytics
