1. Develop, optimize, and maintain digital marketing strategy: user journey, digital touchpoints, digital media mix, content strategy, business effectiveness & efficiency measurement. 2. Totally responsible for the paid media, owned media and earned media marketing mix: PPC, SEM/SEO, programmatic ads, Paid Social, Affiliate /Partnership to meet digital KPIs metrix (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC & LTV) via traffic, conversion rate, and GMV. Understanding SEO techniques knowledge is plus. 3. Manage all digital assets and procedures processing : creative ads content, Regular review, performance tracking & analysis; and optimizations to all digital platforms, specially website such as: Identify digital touch points, customer engagement strategies (UI/UX) 4. Lead the execution team of with a strong focus on scalable digital and multichannel technologies

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1+ years of hands-on experience in the same roles.
Good knowledge of various aspects of digital marketing including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, marketing automation, and digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and others.
Firm understanding of paid social and all performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC & LTV)
Strong expertise in all forms of bidding media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google, and other social platforms)
Outstanding project management and communication abilities, including the capacity to collaborate with cross-department.
Creative thinker and problem solver, team management skill ( 3-5 members)
Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision. Not afraid to be flexible and roll up your sleeves and quickly evolve as priorities, channels and implemented technologies change.
