In this role, you will:

• Identify, add and implement new functionalities and features to improve online customer experiences
• Assist in developing cross-sales, up-sales and advanced services/products for the online channels
• Coordinate and work with local, regional and Group stakeholders to implement enhancements, functionalities, features, procedures and more to the online channels
• Support Digital Acquisition and Analysis Manager to accomplish acquisition task or daily online management
• Implement changing or adapting request from other departments with alignment across functions
• Support various teams to define the digital expression of the bank’s propositions, and to ensure the timely delivery of these features across multiple markets and systems
• Support senior members of the team to ensure that deployed technology is always appropriate to meet the current and planned future needs of the Businesses
• Provide suggestions to the architectural design and decision making in relation to the Digital infrastructure
• Provide support with maintain platforms infrastructure roadmaps and provide input into the Digital Portfolio process to ensure future scheduling of projects has sufficient weighting
• Responde to non-complex issues with Digital supported services and ensuring that incidents are resolved within agreed service levels
• Provide administrative support to the team as requested

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements: 

• Minimum working experience on manage the content of public website and customers management tools of 5 years or above
• Background on business information analytics or digital as preferrable
• Bachelor degrees in information processing, computer science, digital technical support or eCommerce
• Master in HTML, CSS, Javascript
• Standard knowledge about design, SEO, web security, online plaftform
• English writing, reading and speaking must be decent
• Time Management and Detailed Planning
• Confidence, patience and can do multiple tasks
• Set clear rules/guidelines to work effectively with related stakeholders or departments
• Timely manner to make required implementation/change/adjustment on content of website and customers communication materials
