Mô tả Công việc

  • First and Second Level IT Support as well as escalation management based on defined Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
  • Training, Preparation and Rollout support for digital applications
  • Analysis, Classification and processing of incident- and service requests via phone, mail and ticketing system
  • Consulting and Support of users for the usage of applications
  • Creation and maintenance of IT Documentations and instructions of user
  • Support in creation and elaboration of automated business processes, which exceed the daily administrative tasks
    • Automating deployment-, monitoring- and test- environments and processes
    • Support in the maintenance of scripts and development tools in the context of Contiuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science (related area) or similar qualififation
  • Experience in software development/ lifecycle management and knowledge of at least 2 of the following code languages: C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, C++
  • Experiences with cloud infrastructures and microservice architectures such as Azure, Alibaba Cloud or S/4 Hana
  • Knowledge of agile software development methods (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Strong Teamwork and Communication skills as well as goal-oriented and self-responsible working style
