Take charge of Store Management of Assigned Brands on E-commerce Marketplaces. Work closely with the relevant internal stakeholders to execute strategies and maintain high service quality for customer satisfaction.
Create, plan and execute digital marketing plans for campaign launches, collaborate with stakeholders to put together a plan of actions for successful execution and to maximize revenue and profit.
Manage Customer Service chat platforms to ensure Excellent Customer Experience of the Assigned Brands. Monitor and respond to customer reviews on marketplaces.
Work closely with Warehouse Team to ensure Inventory are Inbounded and Orders are Shipped-On-Time.
Providing Onboarding to Assigned Brands on Marketplaces, Product Listing and Campaign Registration.
Monitor and Analyze competitor product sales to provide insights to Brand Owners for them to make effective business decisions.
Review and align current strategic plans with Brand Owners, develop resource allocation plans and implement a targeted strategy according to requirements.
Responsible for monthly reporting, profit & loss reporting, setting of performance measurement/matrix to measure the well-being of the marketplace launch.
Ensuring Assigned Brands are performing above marketplace KPIs.
To perform any other duties as assigned by top Management.

Degree in Business / Marketing / Logistics or equivalent
Min 3 years relevant working experience
Strong experience with eCom Marketplace Channel Management especially Lazada, Shopee & Zalora
Proven track record in using Marketplace Seller Centre Tools
Highly analytical. Proficient in business presentation
Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
