Digital Marketing Management
Developing & implementing an E-commerce channel development plan: Understand the E-commerce channel & brands to set SMART goals for the development of the entire E-commerce channel both width & depth. Implement well the plans to achieve the set goals.
Building and developing sales channels on the platforms owned by the company (website, facebook, google, instagram, ...) and on E-commerce platforms, especially the Official Brand Stores / Shop-In-Shop ( SIS) on Lazada, Tiki, Shopee, Adayroi, Sendo, VNexpress ... to ensure the optimization of brand credentials & USP, SEO, product optimization.
Developing & implementing Marketing & promotion programs: Understand the operation method, promotion schedule, big events, customers of each E-commerce trading floor to make proposals and participate in building Marketing programs, promotions to match and achieve high results. Make sure it is equal to the price of E-commerce and other channels required by the company.
Managing & coordinating with E-commerce trading floor: About contract, delivery, and debt. Coordinate well with the floor and related departments in the company to effectively implement sales promotions, Marketing, ..
Managing employees and consumers: recruiting, training, setting targets, arranging jobs for a Customer Care staff to ensure the price, product and program updates on the platforms; quickly respond to customers' inquiries & inquiries, coordinate to resolve warranty cases ... ..
Reports: Regularly report the situation of activities on Sales, on Traffic about the results of activities .... Regularly and completely reporting on market fluctuations, customers' situation and competitors' activities on E-commerce channel.
Other tasks assigned by the Marketing Director.
Performance measurement criteria
- Sales targets and growth by total and by each brand and customer
- Distribution target: number of stores (shop-in-shop) on major E-commerce sites, deploying new products,
- Targets of Marketing activities, promotions
Appropriate and effective management of E-commerce budget allocating on all paid campaigns.
Effective project management delivering best achievement on projects results and projects budget.
Assisting in maintaining digital marketing team expense records.
Guiding, training and developing staff in the digital marketing under your management.
Ensure the company has an effective succession plan for all positions in your areas of responsibilities.
To perform any other duties from time to time, and/or which may be necessary for the effective performance of the responsibilities set out above as may be instructed by the management.
To comply with company’s rules and regulations.
Liaise and ongoing communication with LMG corporate office.
Participate in LMG general meetings.

And other responsibilities or duties as assigned from time to time.
Bachelor’s Degree, major in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
University / College of: IT, Business, Marketing ...
Fluency in MS office and internet, information technology
At least 5 years of E-commerce experience, preferably on E-commerce websites: Lazada, Adayroi, Tiki, Sendo, Shoppee….
Understanding of distribution channels, how to operate E-commerce system, online.
Understanding of Marketing, especially digital Marketing is a big advantage
Priority to experience high-end furniture.
Essential skills & virtues
Ability to communicate, read and understand English.
Good at office computers: Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
Proficient in using Google Ad, Facebook Ad, SEO tools.
Know Photoshop, Illustrator ... is an advantage.
