Planning:

Strategy

  • Build the Ecommerce Brand Strategy plan with the Brand’s departments involved (Sales, Marketing, CRM, Communication, etc…).
  • Supervise its operational application and overall alignment on site messaging and communication with customers for a consistent Brand image (yearly calendar and marketing activities implementation including traffic management).
  • Participate in strategic meetings with suppliers, regional and countries teams…to negotiate commercial conditions (margin, animations, exclusivity…).

Finance

  • Build the Ecommerce budgets with the Brand’s General Manager and the financial team. Ensure respect of Ecommerce budgets by the Brand’s General Manager.

Supply & Stock

  • Participate in setting up the purchase plan in collaboration with the Buyer and the Merchandise Analyst.

Operations:

Supply and Stock

  • Control and follow up the supply processes with the relevant resources (Quantity, Quality, and Deadline).
  • Supervise and ensure the efficiency of logistics processes in coordination with the related team.

Management

  • Supervise directly the Brand Ecommerce team.
  • Set KPIs for the Ecommerce positions and support their achievements.
  • Ensure a seamless information flow within and between the teams and a global awareness of the Ecommerce business.
  • Collaborate with external providers when necessary.

Technical

  • Ensure the technical operability & optimization of the platforms on each device with the Group Digital team.

Innovation:

  • Stay up to date with new technologies and strategies to ensure the Brand remains at the forefront of online landscape.
  • Keep challenging the current organization and processes with benchmarks and explore new opportunities to implement.

Reporting:

  • Build E-commerce overview reports for the Brand’s General Manager and the strategic recommendations associated.
  • Record, monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities and provides suggested action plans.

Governance:

  • Work as a team player with the Group Digital team
  • Strictly apply the group Digital Governance and follow on best practices
  • Feedback any issue to Group Digital team and suggest any improvement

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • University graduated, major in Marketing, Business administration.
  • 3+ years experience in Ecommerce activity, preferably in a B2C retail industry 
  • Proven track record in driving Ecommerce activity & increasing conversion
  • Management experience required
  • Experience with data analytics, digital merchandising management and strategic reporting
  • Solid knowledge of WooCommerce CMS platform
  • Microsoft suite such as Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Ability to be resourceful, hands-on, problem solver & detail oriented
  • Strong team spirit builder
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as a team member
  • Strong command of English in writing & speaking
