Mô tả Công việc
1. Build up strategy, system, procedures:
- Propose to BOD proper strategy for e-Commerce based on analysis of market trends, business opportunities and market segments in a global and local context;
- Build up e-Commerce management system and operating procedures including but not limited to platform and procedures for e-business;
2. Boost e-commerce sales performance by:
- Build up online stores, implement selling programs on digital platforms effectively using proper and trendy methods (livestream, KOLs/Influencers referral…) ;
- Build up and implement advertising, marketing and social media campaigns and programs on digital platforms effectively;
- Monitor, track and analyze the process of purchase fulfillment to have prompt adjustment for related policies (sales, transportation, return, customer care…)
- Cooperate closely with Merchandiser to ensure the variety range of product categories, matching with the demands and tastes of customers.
- Monitor and track customer database who have purchased through e-Commerce channel.
3. Managing relationships with partners:
- Look for, build up and maintain the good relationship with partners for
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of cooperation
- Assess potential cooperation prospects.
4. Other tasks as directed by direct management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University graduate or higher majoring in Marketing / Advertising / Marketing, or related majors;
- At least 4 years of experience in Marketing, Ecommerce;
- Have excellent teamwork skills as well as good communication and networking skills;
- Ability to work independently and complete the work within the set time;
- Fluent in English.
