Mô tả Công việc

  • Leading research, planning and executive of digital marketing campaigns - across social media, website, paid media, SEO/SEM and e-commerce.
  • Measure and analyze e-commerce metrics to come up with decision, plan multi-channels digital activities to boost traffic and conversions.
  • Identifies each platfrom's role, sets targeting, budget allocation across platforms (Facebook, Google, Tiktok, e-commerce stores,...) to carry out campaingn objectives, optimize performance to meet ROAS and KPIs.
  • Brainstorming, planning and management category monthly, quarterly, annual campaign calendar with preparing contents (category, products, banners,..) to push inventory stock.
  • Plan & steer to optimize traffic to Livestream channel; Manage and support during Livestream session.
  • Build good communication program with Affiliate/ KOC/ Livestreamer to sale products for Company
  • Be responsible for the final campaign result; analyze with action plan for next steps; Ensure seamless working process among internal Product team, Operation team during campaigns to meet Company’s goals
  • Reporting weekly/ monthly results to BOD & shares learnings for future planning.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • At least 2- 3 years of experience in Digital E-commerce (preferably with media digital background).
  • Have at least 2 year experience in media performance agency.
  • Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok and other media channels.
  • Having passion in the e-commerce industry & strong belief in ecommerce media solutions will be your good point to start a great learning here.
  • Good analytical skills and eyes of detail, assess risk and opportunity thoroughly and understand cause & effect systems.
  • Experience in working with e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Tiki, Shopee…)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, power point skills
  • Data driven is a must, tech-savvy
  • Proactive with strong logical thinking and problem-solving skill
  • Good team player, positive attitude with a can-do attitude
  • Fluent in both English verbal & written communication
  • Detail-oriented and passionate to work quickly/efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Work independently and proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed.
