The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for supporting to Head of Ecommerce to reflect the company strategy of the eCommerce business including development, manage and deployment for different Ecommerce websites and applications.
Propose and build website/application strategy/roadmap to meet with company strategy
Development and maintain B2B and B2C website and application; integration with others app inhouse and external platform, setup and optimize our processes
Communicate and align with relevant team members, executive leadership and cross-functional partners on the roadmap/plan
Propose and execute actions to onboarding customers; training internal users
Deep-dive analytics and proposing technologies to deliver the required customer experiences.
Continuously improve customer interface, user experiences by adding new pages/functions/design
Ensure the stable of the website/application by work with internal and external stakeholders to correct/fixing all the arising technical issues.
Control Budgets and allocate resources among Projects
KEY RESULT AREAS:
· Propose and execute plans to build website/app following company strategy.
· Propose and execute actions to onboarding customers
· Develop and oversee the effective roadmap planning, QA and execution to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeline of all projects.

University Degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management with specialization in Marketing, eMarketing or related subjects
Experience with B2C or B2B eCommerce
Excellent Leadership and Organizing Skill
Analytical and Creative thinking
Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken)
