You will coordinate our e-commerce operations on Nhanh.vn as well as on marketplaces (Lazada, Shoppee, Tiki). You will work transversely with many functions including Product Managers, Tech teams, Marketing teams, Customer Service. Especially, you will be in charge of:
- Lead & manage end-to-end Category performance
- Come up with strategies, business plans monthly, quarterly, yearly to meet company's goal
- Coach team members & run Category action plans to hit target.
- Enrich and improve constantly product and category pages, using all existing media, data and content.
- Create ad-hoc content when necessary.
- Create, run and animate promotional campaigns at global level, category level or product level.
- Manage Strategic Partnership, both Retail and Marketplace: Lazada, Shopee, Tiki, Sendo, Adayroi and other co-branding projects.
- Manage annual budget for E-commerce ATL/BTL including marketing budget, trade term, gross profit, price subsidy to ensure investment on right business drivers to achieve targets and maintain healthy ROI.
- Manage, monitor and optimize promotional activities for selling on the various E-commerce platforms: Direct Discounts, Bundles, Combos, Cross-brands, Up-sell, Cross-sell.
- Coordinating the creation of visuals and content
- Managing campaigns’ terms and conditions
- Following and reporting on campaigns’ performance
- Manage e-merchandising at every level: home page, shop-in-shops pages, category pages, product pages…
- Be the focal point of our interlocutors at marketplaces for:
+ Negotiating and planning promotional campaigns
+ Conducting frequent business reviews
+ Managing contractual relationships
- University Degree major Marketing, Business Administrative
- Fluency English for 4 skills
- 3 – 5 years working experience in Ecommerce Manager
- Solid understanding of online and direct marketing programs
- Experience and knowledge in health & beauty products will be an advantage
- Entrepreneurship mindset
- Proactive & result-focused and follow up to the end
- Project management skills, get-things-done attitude
- Technical know-how with e-commerce platform, search, websites, blogs, etc.
