Monitoring and Control of delivery product to e-commerce and customers.
Receiving and Confirm order/ return order processing in ERP System, Key in sales on ERP System for E-commerce on due date. Reconcile all report (Sales/stock) for E-commerce monthly.
Follow up return orders to process R-STO or Return Sales Orders and handle shortage/damaged goods if any.
Create new SKU in the system, update BOM, reconcile master data for E-commerce.
Co-ordinate and participate in the monthly shipping/ logistics activities as per schedule at Warehouse between all counters/FSS and E-commerce customers.
Perform the stock control and material control for inventory improvement.
Follow up local PO status, delivery schedule and allocation plan. Create PO and invoice to manage inventory.
Manage and implement a good system for tracking all inbound/outbound/ transfer transaction.
Follow up and manage testers at counters.
Prepare and update daily inventory report.
Act as one of the primary day-to-day business liaison between AMOREPACIFIC and 3PL (warehousing and transportation) to ensure on time delivery.
Prepare, analyze the month-end data and do reports. Prepare monthly report for logistics related issue. Assure closing time monthly.
Perform other duties assigned by BGM, MD, team leader.

Qualification and experience:
2-3 years of related experience in logistics and supply chain management.
Familiar with import/export process in Vietnam.
Bachelor degree in an external economics or in related degree.
Familiar with POS/SAP/ERP software.
Personal skills and attributes:
Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel.
Good communication and interpersonal skills – both verbal and written which will enable you to deal with external and internal parties in a professional manner, developing solution and communicating these across the organization as efficiently as possible.
Strong analytical skills to investigate complex issues, make decisions and develop solutions.
Ability to handle and resolve any circumstances in the best way.
Proven ability to work independently and deal with all organization levels.
