IT Business Application Specialist (Dynamics Axapta)
Position Summary:
Reports to Manager-Business IT, Vietnam
Takes care of ERP “Microsoft Dynamics Axapta 2012” and IT Software Development in business unit and support end-users and MES project.
Coordinates a team of 2 staffs across Thailand and Vietnam.
Role & Responsibility:
Coordinate with Business system team and support to the Vietnam business units and collaborating of the team across Thailand (2 team members) ) to work closely IT Business team and support to the Thailand business units, and to provide Global IT Support where necessary.
Responsible for the Business systems including ERP “Microsoft Dynamics Axapta 2012”, software design, design documentation, software installation, Development, debug, and support.
Learning and responsible for MES project
Interact and work closely with the Global business team and local team to support the ERP system and application.
Interact and work closely with the Business System team for MES Project and Production teams to support production and facility projects that involve IT, networking and OT connectivity and associated hardware and software.
Collaborate with multiple Operations teams to meet current and future continuous improvement project goals.
Estimates time and cost for new projects and Implementation.
Review capital software quotations to ensure software meets Business IT specifications
Provide on-site assistance troubleshooting and remediating business system software, and ERP issues on office and production floor with Business system, Plant Engineering, Maintenance, and across business system team.
Reduce downtime on production environment due to business system issues, maximizing system availability and performance design and proactively monitoring.
Support Business system backup.
Assist in inventory and asset management of IT Application and licenses.
Improve system and maintenance performance based on availability and reliability.
Develops and applies standards for IT & OT hardware and software systems.
Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned to support Higher Huhtamaki’s strategic 2030.
Lead projects or project steps within a broader project or have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives.

Minimum of a bachelor's degree with minimum of 3 years overall experience, with minimum of 5 years in ERP system /Microsoft Dynamics Axapta 2012 is preferred
ERP project implementation experience in the batch process industry including Financial, Supply chain & Production
Knowledge of ERP and a strong technical and troubleshooting knowledge around Microsoft Dynamics Axapta 2012 applications
Experience with database queries and basic database and programming language with C (sharp) / XML / ASP.NET
Experience working with user to create user requirement/functional specification
Ability to occasionally work off shifts and travel between facilities in Huhtamaki SEAO
Provide good written and oral communications in Vietnamese & English
