Mô tả Công việc

Purpose of the role:

- Responsible for team management & development through effective sales & marketing

- Ensure high effectiveness and execution of Service Performance according to SOP (Standard Operational Process).

- Involve in First Alliances’ business strategic planning

Job Description: Leads and develops team in terms of

Service Delivery:

- Implements and manages the deliveries and services level of the team in line with First Alliances’ values and service standards on a daily basis.

- Manages the implementation of First Alliances’ assessments programs to improve service level and employability of the candidates pool

Client Management:

- Manages key clients’ expectation including but not limited to: undertaking major client visits, effective handling customer complaint, promoting new/expend scope of service that adds more values and profits, after-sales activities.

People Management:

- Recruit, develop, manage and lead the team to meet activities and performance objectives.

- Assures appropriate training or development plans and programs are in place in a timely and effectively manner

Team Performance Management:

- Monitors team performances on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis, taking full responsibility for the team revenue targets, always considers the financial impact of decisions/actions before implementing

- Provides coaching and on-the-job training to ensure high levels of productivity

Sales Contribution:

- Takes lead in identifying and developing unusual sources/pool of qualified candidates

- Strives to increase average service fee by seeking for and gaining hi-end job vacancies in local market c. Be able to maintain a minimum individual target as assigned in the Company’s Incentive Scheme

- Develop business contacts to enhance First Alliance’s community image through networking activities with community, professional associations

Yêu Cầu Công Việc


- Minimum 03-05 years of experience in team or revenue management in service industry.

- Management experience that is consisted of hiring, coaching, mentoring activities.

- Knowledgeable of Recruitment 


- At least 02 years of Recruitment experience in relevant industry

- Solid knowledge of relevant industry


- Result  oriented

- Working with others

- Communication skill

- Planning & organizing

- Customer service

- Problem Solving & Decision making
