- Responsible for the Sales and Business Development activities in the Air / Sea transport sector and for value-added services (especially for LCL products)
- Create new business opportunities with existing & private customers.
- Liaise and coordinate with corporate network and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve problems.
- Track & train Sales team to expand capabilities and build high-level sales within the organization (only applicable to sales managers)
- Prioritize understanding of the local business environment.
- Develop cooperation relationships with shipping companies, forwarders, agents abroad to have competitive prices, good services, exchange and consignment goods to enrich customer sources and increase profits profit.
- Report weekly, monthly for Management.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a sales position in a freight forwarding company - Have your own group of customers (especially import / export LCL shipping customers)
