Mô tả Công việc

1. Expanding overseas customer network and selling company products:

· Searches for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions

· Develops key relationships with international customers

· Builds a solid direct sales pipeline and develop opportunities

· Does necessary action to achieve pre-defined sales targets:

- Prepares/ Reviews and sends quotation (Proposal & Proposal Drawings) to customers.

- Negotiates with customers about all conditions and price of the projects & follow up with customers to get the projects.

- Follows up the signed contracts and make sure customer send down payment after contract signing as per the company policy.

- Follows up with customer to open L/C for the projects if required

· Develops sales contacts in defined vertical markets

· Contributes to the development of the company by inputting your technical, market, or customer know-how in management meetings

· Works closely with the Project management dept, Engineering, Marketing and Production teams to ensure customer requirements are met on a timely basis

· Coordinates closely with the company’s overseas agents for good taking care of customers and controls contract prices.

2. Export projects support and management:

· Ensures subordinates to follow procedures & policies of company as well as finish project timely.

· Supports overseas agents for technical issues

· Sets up, maintains & develops procedures of department based on policies of company.

· Receives input of export projects (email, project information & customer drawings) from customers/ agents to delivery to subordinates.

· Provides technical support to subordinates for technical issues related to Customer drawings, Proposal Drawings (PPD) & PIF … to ensure customer’s requirements are well records and understood.

· Instructs & supports subordinates to solve problem at work or with customers.

· Works closely with subordinates to make sure they are following up with Engineering Dept. to get output (estimates, column reactions, etc…) & sends output to the concerned agents.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Technical qualification in Engineering and detailed sales experience in engineering industries
  • Having knowledge of international trading
  • At least 1 year experience of at the same position

  • Fluency in English

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Dynamic, creative and enthusiastic.
