Reporting to the Country Head of FBL (Fulfilled by Lazada), you will be responsible for:
Growing the revenue, volume and mindshare of FBL for the country by Managing the entire sales pipeline journey from prospecting, generating leads, closing opportunities, to customer on-boarding process.
Developing leads through direct engagement with potential clients, channel/partner development and engagement with various business communities within Lazada or external.
Establishing sales techniques and strategies to ensure consistent and profitable growth in FBL revenues and volume goals.
Maintaining daily business with existing account, developing new opportunities and growing the account.
Enhancing customer experience through creation of scalable, efficient processes, and customer facing materials
Ensuring good business health by focusing on the right fundamentals for the client (assortment, pricing, service level, supply chain metrics etc.)
Partnering with internal business communities (regional FBL commercial, category directors, key account managers etc) to develop client’s joint business plan with regular business review to grow targeted segment
Coordinating with the regional team and local markets on regular status updates and providing training/ guidance to local counterparts

At least 10 years' experience in a B2B commercial role, including extensive experience in business development, solution-based selling or partnership
Experience in supply chain or logistic industry is a big plus
Experience in eCommerce is a big plus
Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
High proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work on tasks independently without a lot of guidance
Strong analytical abilities, data driven, attention to details
