1. Pricing and Costing
- Do costing of services in order to do pricing or make discount on services.
- Set and update prices of inventory (medication, implants, consumables, ….).
- Support CSO to make quotation, and charge service items related to surgeries.
- Review service items and price of health check-up packages
2. Charging process
- Work with related departments on charging process of new services.
- Check charging, applying discount policy.
3. Commission and Remuneration
- Check bills, charged services on system in order to report the monthly, quarterly commission of Sales and Business Development.
- Make and update report on doctors’ activities.
- Take responsibility of doctors’ remuneration based on activities.
4. Item Master on HIS.
- Create, update, and manage service items, service groups on system.
- Create policy for promotion programs on system.
- Create and manage corporate health check-up packages.
- Make reports as requested
- Back-up, support teammates if needed.
- Take part in projects of Finance – Accounting department
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Working experiences in hospital is a plus.
- Excellent at Microsoft Excel, be able to communicate in English.
- Detail-oriented, hard-working, studious.
- Good at interpersonal communication.
- Strong point of view, listener.
