We are looking for Financial Accountant who is pro-active, flexible, eager, team player and willing to take on challenges. It is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization who value their employees.

What you will do:

Manage payable team workload, establish priorities, ensure timely payments of vendor invoices
Research, resolve and communicate any discrepancies on invoices or outstanding balance with sales, purchasing or vendors.
Process transactions in Salesforce system
Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
Forecast costs and revenues
Prepare weekly cash flow statements, and control expenditure
Prepare month end reports
Tax reporting and inventory processing
Assist with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts
Liaise with external auditors
Examine the accuracy of financial records
Gather and monitor financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities)
Respond to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data
Assist prepare budgets (for the entire company and by department)
Conduct detailed risk analyses to assess potential investments
Analyze financial trends
Perform other departmental or cross-departmental duties as required
Perform other tasks assigned by manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

What we expect from you:

2-year work experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role
BSc degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
Expertise in MS Excel and accounting software
In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures
English: Writing and Reading Comprehension at intermediate level
A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data, an analytical mind
Effective time management skill
Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
