Building up franchine business strategies
- Assist with the development and implementation of Franchisee specific business plans and budgets
- Receive information on potential franchisees and proactively contact them for consultation.
- Identify prospective new franchisees, ensure compliance with sales processes; follow the sales processes to approach potential franchisees.
- Identify and communicate formal training needs to the training department for training intervention
- Monitor and feedback information about competitor activity within his/her region
- Consult, provide guidance and information to help them understand franchise system and processes.
- Conduct surveys and research, including market trends and analysis of competitors.
- Work collaboratively with other departments for the implementation and setup of franchise stores.
- Prepare all contracts; follow contracts liquidation and final payment of franchise projects.
- Design franchise framework.
- Liaise between franchises and the Company in all activities.
- Support franchise stores for daily operation: purchase orders, logistics activities, marketing campaigns, forecasting, maintenance of store premises and equipment.
- Ensure franchisees operate in compliance with regulations and procedures, regarding to payment/collection/debit note, and promotion.
- Monitor the performance of franchise stores and provide timely support to ensure compliance with company standardized franchise system.
- Coordinate with other departments to solve any problem in a timely manner and ensure effective store operation.
- Assist franchisees in selecting and formulating locality marketing strategies in order to increase brand awareness and grow their business
- Manage, maintain relationships with existing franchisees.
- Perform other duties as assigned by direct management and Director.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- At least 10 -15 years of experience in equivalent position in Vietnam and 5 years in FDI company.
- Excellent Written and Spoken English
- In-depth understanding of store operations and franchising
- Ability to build effective working relationships
- Age requirement: 32 – 50 years old
- Strong communication, organization, operational skills
- Highly presentable
- Developed analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Energetic self-starter
- A hands-on approach to problem solving
- Fanatical attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation
- Willing to travel. Will be required to stay away from home.
- Remuneration will commensurate with experience and qualifications
- Probationary period: 2 months
- Working time: 5 days/week
- Public holiday: following Vietnam Calendar
