Company Profile:

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of a leading Medical Device MNC expanding their business in Vietnam.

Job Summary:

Our client is looking for a talented and well-connected Government Affairs Manager with at least 5 years of experience in the Medical Device industry. The desired candidate must have a strong network with the Ministry of Health, distributors, and consultants, as well as a vast knowledge of all applications for permits, licenses, and certificates. This position will be based in Hanoi.

Job Responsibilities:

· Developing and maintaining good relationships with different governing bodies (VSS, MOH, VMA, DMEC) and their respective stakeholders

· Attending national and regional events to educate current and potential customers on reimbursement and market access issues

· Gathering new information on the MD environment to keep up to date with MD Regulations (Registration, Tender/Procurement, Reimbursement)

· Making sure the current reimbursement policy is applied when applicable

· Identifying opportunities to expand market access through private insurance and integrated health plans

· Identifying potential gaps versus initial strategy with corrective plan of action

· Identifying relevant KPIs and monitoring them on continuous basis

· Designing and implementing a plan of action to increase price on a yearly basis, as well as volume and market share versus competition

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

· At least 5 years of experience in Government Affairs for Medical Device MNCs

· Pharmacy Degree or related science majors is a plus

· Great communication and networking skills

· Political knowledge and ability to gather and understand new information to keep up to date with policies and regulations

· Essential: Good connections with different governing bodies (VSS, MOH, VMA, DMEC)

· Strong leadership skills (experience managing at least 3 people in a well-structured organization)
