Executive recruitment specialist Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of a reputable audit and advisory firm. Our client is seeking a Head of Business Development who speaks perfect Korean. The role will be based in either Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
The Head of Business Development is responsible to head up the business development activities and client engagement, as well as supporting other teams to generate leads and bring in new customers with focus on targetting Korean companies operating in Vietnam.
Market research and strategic planning to develop relationship with key customers
Approach prospects and develop new clients, follow on sales leads as well as manage sale pipelines and client activities
Other supports including but not limited to event engagement, networking and
Foster relationship with the new clients through project delivery, cross-selling and lead generation
Responsible for various publications (brochure, flyers, and other marketing products) for internal and targeted clients

5+ years of work experience in business development with proven track record.
Strong understanding of the local market for audit, consulting and advisory.
Demonstrated ability to foster business/client relationships, and write presentations and business proposal.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean.
Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA Aust., CPA, KICPA) is preferable.
