Mô tả Công việc

1. Responsible of Sales team performance, in terms of Sales ROP target and CRM target

2. To coordinate, direct and lead sales within defined field of responsibility

3. To lead, support, challenge and monitor performance of sales force within defined field of responsibility

4. To own business development activities

5. To be responsible for route management and development of defined markets and trade lanes

6. To manage, develop and oversee global agents relationships for defined markets and trade lanes

7. To represent interests of the Company before third parties

8. To coordinate the relations with other sections in the Company

9. To retain & keep good relationship with existing clients

10. To follow and accomplish Business Development department common targets

11. To persuade a profit policy at all the time

12. To mentor and train management potentials

13. To take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the Company needs.

14. To Support management to develop sales and market strategy

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

* Minimum Education /Qualifications/Experience:

- University degree in Business Administration/ Logistics or equivalent with at least 5 years’ business development/ sales experience of which minimum 2 years’ managerial experience


* Special Knowledge:

- Computer basic knowledge, MS Office (doc., xls, ppt.)

- CRM  know-how and ability to demonstrate

- English language

* Personal Qualification

- Proven record of own business development with multinationals

- Convincing presentation skills in native tongue and English language

- Leadership skills

- Negotiation skills

- Sales-oriented

- Self-confident

- Positive attitude

- Good manners and appearance

- Motivating / Self-Motivating

- Willingness and ability to travel

- Willing to work under pressure and taking challenge
