Foreign trading and service company
We are working in the field of trucks’ and spare parts’ sales, warranty and after-sale service.

The purpose of this position is to ensure the sales plan implementation

Main duties:

1. To form the Sales Department starting from "Zero" level, on the terms of self-sufficiency of the Department. Main activities of the Department: sale of trucks and spare parts.

2. To ensure the sales and profit plan implementation, according to the Director’s approved indicators.
3. To implement the sales plan of the Department as well as an individual sales plan.
4. Personal sales to Key customers.
5. To budget the sales plan and company’s profit.
6. To form the budget-plan of the Department: divided by year, quarter, month.
7. To form a weekly cash-flow plan and a detailed payment plan divided daily.
8. Management of the entrusted Department: Sales, logistics, service.
9. To estimate and develop new sales channels.
10. Communication with clients, complaints.
11. To couch and assist employees of the Department in the field of sales: direct sales to customers on behalf of the Head, to Initiate, development (control, manage) of new directions, product categories, products in accordance with the new directions’ development.
12. Direct connections with suppliers, inventory management and assortment matrix.
13. Operational control, planning, staff management.
14. To build up an effective motivation and remuneration system for employees.
15. Personnel training and development.
16. Informational and analytical support. Report according to the forms established in the company.
17. Competitors' offers monitoring.
18. To provide daily and monthly reports according to the standards set by the company.

Key performance indicators (KPI):

1. Sales plan implementation.
2. Execution of the profit plan.
3. Execution of the work plan approved by the Director.
4. Implementation of the budgeting plan.
5. Level of customer’s requests conversion

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Requirements:

  • Experience in the field of sales to clients with high customer involvement, medium / long term sales – where the client gets full and comprehensive attention. We consider our client as a main person (Client is spelled with a Capital letter). Ability to perform the highest standards of customer service.
  • Work experience in senior positions more than 6 years as the sales manager.
  • Extensive practical experience of personal active sales, cold calls, direct sales, etc. Ability to" feel " the client, knowledge of the basics of psychology. Skills to realize concrete needs of a potential client during having a talk with him.
  • High performance, strong organizational and analytical skills, patience in achieving goals, strong focus on results.
  • Possibility to evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activities and to prepare the appropriate reports including ways of development +  recommendations/conclusions.
  • High internal culture (confidentiality, non-disclosure of commercial information, etc.).
  • Confident knowledge of English (not lower than upper intermediate)
  • Russian language knowledge will be an additional advantage. 

Conditions:

  • Required experience: 3-6 years in truck or car sales
