Growth Marketing Lead will be responsible for performance, brand media and lifecycle marketing strategy for One Distribution / VinShop user growth (retailers, esp. In GT channels). The role will work alongside our marketing teams to solve complex problems, shape and bring to life innovative growth initiatives through quick experimentation and new technologies and tools. This role requires an exceptional ability in understanding our customers – Retailers, especially at General Trade (GT) channel and FMCG Suppliers/Manufacturers and Brands and their needs.
•Be the voice of the customers (FMCG Suppliers/GT Retalers). Understand how to reach them with the right message, at the right time, through the right channel.
•Design and lead implementation of growth strategy by using paid and owned media channels to grow new user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention in a scalable and efficient way (CLM Customer Lifecycle Management).
•Partner closely with closely with Commercial team (FMCG Key Account and GT Salesforces), Product Owners, Operations, Tech & Data team, and Marketing to build campaigns and solutions that drive business growth
•Lead rapid experimentation of new channels, campaigns, creative, incentives, and approaches for the purpose of building scalable solutions
•Lead media efforts across both brand and performance campaigns and identify efficiencies between the two
•Partner deeply with the creative team to develop new operating model and tools for creative development and iteration
•Manage relationships with our marketing intelligence agencies surfacing key insights that can lead to future marketing and growth opportunities
•Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders across the organization including product, engineering, data science, and brand marketing
•Be an industry thought leader and take part in shaping the future of performance marketing roles
● 8+ years of Performance Marketing and/or Acquisition Marketing, both B2C and B2B, including managing a large budget
●Expertise & exceptional ability in understanding our customers – Retailers, especially at General Trade (GT) channel and FMCG Suppliers/Manufacturers and Brands
●Successfully builds and executes growth strategies for both hyper-growth and scaled companies - consumer tech or tech-enabled consumer company experience is required
●Experience in brand media and ability to lead large scale campaigns
●Deep understanding of Marketing Technology and media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Google, etc.)
●Experience working with and managing Marketing Intelligence agencies
●Ability to synthesize, analyze and interpret data (including KPI reports) and transfer into actionable step
●Shapes planning and execution of multiple, complex marketing programs, e.g. SQL queries, experimentation, and ROI monitoring
●Deep analytics background and a high degree of proficiency with rigorous data tools
●Analysis and reporting prowess with fluency in campaign insights, impact measurement, brand health and competitor tracking
●Highly confident in handling of data, insights and how to craft narrative around the numbers
●Fluent in complexities and nuances of user journeys and how thoughtful segmentation and creative marketing can bring value to them and the business
●Ability to get things done strategically, quickly and well
