Mô tả Công việc

Aviva is looking for a Senior Group Relationship Manager to join our Bancassurance channel in Vietnam office. As a critical member of our Banca Team, you will interact with internal departments, local sales team and VietinBank partner to accelerate the growth of corporate sales. You will play an important role in bringing Banca Aviva to the TOP in Vietnam Banca Market by developing a dedicated and professional sales team.

This position reports to RM (Regional Manager)

What we expect you to deliver:

  • Working closely with RM and Corporate Director achieve and build a sales plan to drive revenue growth Bancassurance with Vietinbank.
  • The successful candidate will be energetic, persuasive, ambitious and well organized and able to demonstrate the ability to sell.
  • Define and execute appropriate sales strategies; business development, marketing, technical, ad operations and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting with VTB Corporate Branch Networks.
  • Working closely RSD/RM and Corporate Director to develop and improve Customer Experience.
  • Owning and managing costs and annual sales targets within assigned territories.
  • Communication with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Understanding bancassurance trends and visions is a plus.
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends and holiday.
