Support to prepare all of employment documents related to new hire employees;
Coordinate with TA team & HRSS team to ensure fully compliance in employee personnel management;
Support to prepare all logistic and working equipment’s for new hire (email account, personal computer, working desk, stationary name tag, parking card) for new employees;
Provide administrative support to HR and relevant department, including notarization of documents, logistics arrangement for business trips, organizing company/ department events;
Source and arrange for the purchase of office supplies, equipment, and service.
C&B Support
Update and manage employee master data file;
Coordinate with HRSS in managing employees’ AL and sending out the monthly AL report;
Support other tasks assigned by Department Manager

Qualification
A university degree or higher preferably
Relevant Experience:
Fresh-Graduated student, Final-year student with Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration major
C&B or HR experiences is plus
