I. RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Office management
- Performing daily administration tasks and making payment for the admin expenses
- Managing office assets, ensuring office equipment working and maintained properly
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office’s events/ activities
2. Office accounting
- Managing office banking accounts
- Working with Head Office to set budgets, monitor spending, and report monthly
- Working with an outsourced accounting firm to prepare the periodic accounting report
3. Compensation and benefits
- Monitoring and implementing benefits for employees
- Working with an outsourced accounting firm to process payroll, perform declaration of compulsory insurances & taxes, perform Personal Income Tax (PIT) registration & finalization
4. Labor Laws and Legal Compliance
- Preparing and submitting periodic reports to Authorities
- Manage and follow up labor contracts.
5. Personnel support
- Obtaining visa, work permit, and temporary resident card for expats
- Support other personnel administration issues
- Perform other related duties as assigned
I. REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field
- At least 3-year experience in compensation and benefits (C&B), HR Generalist or HR & Administration or a related field
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
- Korean language is a preference
- Strong data and numerical processing acumen and focus on accuracy, attention to details
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines
