1. Function (the most general tasks): Responsible for administrative tasks. 2. Responsibility and Duties (in detail): - Reviewing contract conditions, monitoring and evaluating administrative suppliers to assure Company is provided with good service, including caterer, sercurity, shuttle bus, ... - Periodically checking and giving suggestion to maintain the good condition of the infrastructure. - Managing the cleaning team and dormitory. - Monitoring the safety stock and distribution of uniforms. - Monitoring industrial garbage & hazardous waste treatment, scrap collection activities. - Making payment requests and monthly reports on administration fees: telephone, internet, electric, water, gas, stationary, transportation, meal, security, dormitory, … - Setting monthly/yearly administrative budget. - Taking part in preparing, decorating and organizing Company events (Employees’ Birthday, Christmas, Sport Day, Teambuilding, Women's day, Townhall, Year End Party, ...) - Supporting HSE, first-aid and recruitment activities. - Applying document, licenses for expats. - Other tasks assigned by Dept. Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- From 2 year experience in HR & Admin tasks. HSE & first-aid related experience is preferred.
- Graduated from highschool and above.
- Good at Microsoft Office and experienced in HR&Admin related softwares is an advantage.
- Good communication - planning - problem-solving skills.
