- Payrolls running on software
- Employee information system management including soft copy & hard copy as Cadena and ISO standards.
- Support to run weekly, monthly time attendance and duty roaster.
- Labor contract management.
- Leave Management: To make sure annual leave, unpaid, sick leave.
- Social insurance management: to make sure on time and exactly SMIU.
- HR Report weekly, monthly (Resignation, Time attendance, OT hours, …).
- Other tasks as assigned by HR manager.
- At least 1-2 year experience at same positition
- Good English Skill
- Good communication
- Good knowledge in labor law
- Can work in VSIP2, Binh Duong
